The wifi coverage is throughout the villa, from the upstairs terrace to the downstairs games room.

The switchboard is behind the painting in the hallway, opposite the doorway to the dining room.

If there are any issues then reset the main breaker for 30 seconds.  If this doesn´t clear the issue then please send us a photo of which switches are down.

The Telmo circuit covers many items: it goes downstairs for the toilet pump, water heater sockets and lights, then outside to the terrace for the washing machine, sockets and lights.

The aircon can heat or cool.  Tap the mode button to switch between the two options. If you are out of the house for the day, please try not to leave the aircon on all day.

The aircon does take a few minutes to start.  If there are issues, then switching off the main circuit breaker for 30 seconds usually clear the problem.

In the event that there is still an issue after this, then we probably need to send an engineer. To assist with this press and hold the Cancel button until there is a long beep.  Then continue tapping the cancel button to cycle through the error codes.  It will beep each time.  When you hear a long beep, please take note of the code that is shown on the remote.

Tenerife is generally a safe place to stay.  However, its always a good idea to close the shutters and set the alarm when going out.  

Press the top left button on the panel when going out to set the alarm.

When returning, tap the middle of this panel with one of the alarm fobs.
