El Medano Villa
Casa Violeta is a luxury Villa located near Montana Pelada within easy walking distance of the centre of El Medano.
Villa with a Private Pool, Jacuzzi and Air Conditioning
Our El Medano Villa features a private heated pool, a Jacuzzi and a rooftop terrace with a BBQ. There are 4 sleeping areas consisting of 3 double beds and two single beds. There is a separate living and dining room, each featuring a large-screen TV with access to most European channels. There is excellent internet access throughout the Villa via multiple access points and a 300 Mb/s Fibre connection. There are sun loungers by the pool, on the roof terrace and by the Jacuzzi. Ideal for a family or multiple couples.
The villa is well-stocked with books, board games and DVDs. The fun activities included are foosball, giant jenga, darts, ping pong and yoga mats.
There is air conditioning throughout the villa, allowing for comfortable living conditions regardless of the temperature outside.
The villa is spread over 3 levels but for anyone with mobility issues there is no need to leave the ground floor.
The upstairs area features the BBQ, terrace and washing machine. Downstairs there is the living room and games room.
Villa Features
Pool area
The pool includes a solar heating system and a cover. A corner sofa and table are an ideal location for poolside drinks and snacks. Sun loungers allow you to soak up the sun practically the whole day. The area is sheltered from the predominant wind direction.
Terrace
The upstairs terrace is our favourite place in the villa. With the pergola you have shade from the sun for those who want it and also a sun deck with a couple of loungers for those looking to catch the sun.
A charcoal BBQ makes a great place to enjoy an outdoor dinner whatever the weather.
A comfortable seating area is also great for before and after dinner drinks.
The washing machine is also located on the terrace.
Jacuzzi
The private jacuzzi comfortably fits 4 people, and up to 6 at a squeeze. Ideal for relaxing after a great day of sports activities or a leisurely lunch.
Living Room
The living room is decorated in a truly unique manner. With a large TV and comfortable leather sofas this room is a great place to end the day.
The foosball table provides great entertainment for the whole family.
A sofa bed provides the 4th sleeping room in the villa and there is a toilet directly off the room too.
Dining Room
The dining room has seating at the dinner table for 8 people.
There are also 2 sofas and a large screen TV. The tinted large picture window overlooks the pool.
Games Room
This room offers a number of options. If you need to work then there are 6 desks, each with a roller chair and easy access to power points.
For entertainment there is giant jenga, a ping-pong table and also a dart board.
Yoga mats are also available. The ping pong table can easily be moved out of the way for yoga.
The Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed and an ensuite with a shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed.
All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space via built-in wardrobes.
The third bedroom and two single beds.
The main bathroom is off the hallway that connects all of the bedrooms.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all of the essential features, with an oven, a microwave and 5 hob elements.
Appliances include a juicer, a blender, a kettle, a coffee filter machine, a dolce gusto coffee machine and a toaster.
